Our aim is to transform how kids think about themselves and others. In healthy relationships each person's strengths are appreciated. The earlier children discover their unique strengths, the stronger their understanding and confidence in themselves and others. Recognizing and respecting the strengths of others will help children to develop healthy relationships. The basis for the adventure is the Leading From Your Strengths assessment developed by Dr. John Trent, PH.D. and Rodney Cox. The Lion, Otter, Golden Retriever, and Beaver are used to represent our God-given strengths in the following areas: Accepting problems and challenges, accepting new people and information, accepting change and pace, and accepting established rules and procedures. We welcome students to join us in meeting ‘The Incredible Creatures’ - The Lion, The Otter, The Beaver, and The Golden Retriever! :) ___________________________________________________________________
